Yesterday we were enjoying our evening sitting on the couch (okay, and Paco in his chair). Lilly was playing around and we were talking to her. She ran over to me and I leaned forward to stare her down. I was probably going to put my forehead on hers too or something to that effect. These are the weird things I do with my child by the way.
Anyway, I didn’t get a chance to. As I said, I leaned forward and stared at her. Then she licked me. Yep. She stuck her tongue out very poignantly and LICKED ME.
I, of course, asked her what possessed her to do that. One word response. Dog! She then mumbled something about kisses and whatnot. yeah… so when I told her that licking is how dogs give kisses I didn’t exactly anticipate she would mimic that.
Paco just died laughing. It was pretty unexpectedly funny.
